Dr. Jordan L. Brenner

Dr. Jordan Brenner was born in Boulder, CO and spent her childhood doing as much outside as possible. Hiking, camping, snowboarding, and running were and still are a few of her favorite activities. She moved to Cheyenne, WY in eighth grade, where she met her future husband Dr. Kegan. She attended the University of Wyoming and obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Creighton University School of Dentistry.  

From a young age, Dr. Jordan knew that she wanted to be in healthcare and always had a special interest in dentistry. She loves the private practice environment, where she feels she gets the opportunity to not only help others and form relationships with her patients, but to also be a part of an incredible team. At AvantGarde Dental, Dr. Jordan offers her patients a full range of preventative and restorative dental services for adults and children. Whether she is getting someone out of pain or creating a new smile for someone to improve their self-confidence, helping people is truly the most uplifting aspect of her field.  

Dr. Jordan and her husband have been coming to Steamboat for many years (they even got engaged in Steamboat) hoping that one day it would become their forever home. They are beyond excited to be full time members of the phenomenal community. When not in the dental office, the Brenner’s enjoy fishing, running with their dog Rubicon, snuggling their two rescue cats, and spending time on the mountain whether it be for skiing, snowboarding, or sunset happy hour.

Dr. Kegan J. Brenner

Dr. Kegan is a Cheyenne native and grew up playing golf and loving to hunt and fish. He spent four years in Laramie at the University of Wyoming earning his Bachelor of Science in physiology along with his wife, Jordan. Upon graduating from UW, Kegan earned his DDS in Omaha, NE attending Creighton University. Dr. Kegan is trained in general dentistry, however, he is also very interested in oral surgery and implantology. Along with his implant experience at Creighton, he has taken an AAID certified maxicourse in Chicago with his wife, Dr. Jordan, and hopes to eventually become a Diplomate with the AAID and ABOI. 

Dr. Kegan loves spending time golfing, fly fishing, camping, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. He and Jordan got engaged in Steamboat Springs in college and got married the summer of 2019 in Estes Park, CO. He is very excited to be in Steamboat Springs to help serve this great community. 

Antoaneta Dimitrova

Front Office Manager

Toni was born in Bulgaria. She has resided in Steamboat Springs for the past 7 years. She initially worked in the banking industry prior to being recruited to AvantGarde Dental. With her diligent work ethic she was promoted to office manager after only 3 years. She is fluent in English, Bulgarian, and Spanish (after living in Spain for 2 years).Toni obtained her Bachelor's degree in Bulgaria but found her niche in dentistry. Toni is the backbone of the office and constantly wears a smile on her face that brightens everyone's day. She joined AvantGarde Dental in 2019. Toni is happily married and has a beautiful Persian cat named Chablis who she adores. Toni has a passion for the finer things in life such as wine, tasty foods, traveling and fashion.

Molly Figge

Dental Receptionist

Molly was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She attended her local community college, studying nursing. During her studies she began working for a small law firm in town. She started out as the sole receptionist in the office but was quickly promoted to legal assistant. After 2 years at the law firm, Molly decided to challenge herself by moving to Colorado on her own. She initially moved to Boulder, CO but after a visit to Steamboat Springs she fell in love with the mountains and decided to move here with her husband.  When Molly isn’t working she can usually be found outside hiking with her dog and friends or snowboarding. Molly enjoys cooking and spending time with friends and family with a nice glass of Cabernet in hand to keep her warm during the snowfall.

Shelly Scherer

Dental Assistant

Shelly Ann Scherer is a true Colorado native having grown up in the Aurora area and moving to Steamboat in 2004. Most of Shelly's early education and career experience were in the travel industry which allowed her to combine her passion for travel with her love of helping people. After taking a short break from her professional career and looking after her newborn daughter Rilynn, Shelly accepted an invitation to join AvantGarde Dental to continue her passion for working with people and learning to excel in a health care profession . Now she is blessed to have a career at AvantGarde Dental that she finds truly fulfilling. Shelly has been working at AvantGarde Dental since February 2011.

Personal Interests

Balancing work with the joy of chasing after a very active toddler keeps Shelly pretty busy. She enjoys mountain biking, skiing, river rafting, and many of the other outdoor adventures Steamboat has to offer. She has a creative nature and enjoys many different types of crafts. Since the birth of her daughter Rilynn, Shelly has taken on the exciting challenge of learning American Sign Language as a second language for her fam

Jessica Bonefield

RDH

Jessica A. Bonefield grew up on her family ranch near Alzada, Montana.  After graduating from high school in Wyoming, she moved to Washington state and attended Yakima Valley Community College before moving back to Sheridan, Wyoming to pursue her dream career as a dental hygienist where she was accepted into Sheridan College Dental Hygiene Program. While successfully completing the program, she also received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Wyoming.  Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  She has a passion for nature, art, music, reading, and is an avid listener of podcasts. Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  She has a passion for nature, art, music, reading, and is an avid listener of podcasts.
